Pratik Shah is a Director of Client Relationships & Growth at Calipro Advisors. He has close to 20 years of experience in the valuation industry, with substantial experience in financial consulting, transaction advisory and valuation-led strategic advisory matters.

Pratik has advised more than 1,000 companies across valuation, transaction advisory and strategic financial matters, with particular focus on technology businesses, growth companies and companies at key points of change. His experience includes business valuations, financial reporting support, transaction-related advisory and value analysis.

He brings an entrepreneurial approach to advisory work, combining technical valuation knowledge with commercial judgement, market positioning and practice-building experience. Before co-founding Calipro Advisors, he co-founded Knowcraft Analytics in India, ACVA India and Finkeepers in the United States, helping build specialist platforms across valuation, advisory and finance-led services.

At Calipro Advisors, Pratik is focused on developing a boutique UK advisory firm centred on business valuation and client accounting services.

Pratik serves as Technical Editor for the Around Valuation World International Webcast and is NACVA Chapter Head – India, supporting valuation education, professional development and thought leadership. He is also an active speaker and guest lecturer at professional forums, academic institutions and colleges, where he shares practical perspectives on valuation, transaction advisory and entrepreneurship.

His professional recognition includes being named in NACVA’s 40 Under 40, receiving the Outstanding Performer award at MindTree and the Best Team Lead award at EXL, along with multiple other professional awards during his career.

Pratik has previously held roles at EXL, IQR Consulting and MindTree. He holds a Master of Commerce from Gujarat University and a Master of Science in Finance from ICFAI University. He is also a Certified M&A Professional from Kennesaw State University.
