Share-Based Compensation: Valuations for share-based compensation are crucial for tax and financial reporting purposes. Our team of professionals is adept at performing these valuations.
Complex Financial Instruments and Earn-Outs: We specialise in valuing a wide range of financial instruments, including preferred and common stock, options/warrants, performance options, growth shares, and convertible notes.
Purchase Price Allocation: For acquisitions or mergers, we perform PPAs (Purchase Price Allocations) under IFRS 3 and FRS 102 Section 19, using best practices to provide robust valuations that withstand audit scrutiny.
Goodwill Impairment: Under IAS 36, we conduct annual or as-needed impairment testing for goodwill and indefinite life intangible assets, delivering defensible analyses for your business.
Portfolio Valuation: We provide well-documented and defensible valuations for illiquid portfolios, adhering to the IPEV (International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation) Guidelines.
Fair Value of Leases: IFRS 16, introduced in 2019, affects companies with leases that report under the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Our specialists determine specific IBRs for leases under IFRS 16, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Our fees will be communicated before the engagement begins.
Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the Letter of Engagement.
Late payments may attract additional charges.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice as specified in the Letter of Engagement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Business are governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Business from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via our website.
These Terms of Business, together with the Letter of Engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
